Question: Please help me love, love letter, love?

Basically i have known this girl since i was a little kid and i have realised i have loved her for quite a long time. But i think she only sees me as a friend and she might have a Boyfriend, But since valentines day is coming up im wondering if i should give her a present or a letter (by mail - self delivered) if so what do i add to the letter, do i add my name?, do ppl still do this?? plz help i want to know im 14 and so is she. But im Like Fat and really ashamed of it and she is so beautiful... anyone if u have sugestions i would love to read them. (note this is in New zealand) I think i really Love her and i want her to be happy, but hopefully it ould be with me. i once said to her i kinda liked her but i was supporting my friend who liked her as well so he dated her. But the bastard dated her then dumped her and made her cry i was so angry at him.Of course i can never be angry at her so yea i am basically rambling now sorry but please answer
