Question: Im in love with my best freind?

Iv known this girl for about 3 years and she and i have become best freinds the highlight of my day is talking to her and shes told me i mean alot to her but she has a boy freind and i have strong feelings for her but i dont think she feels the same way and im tired my heart constantly hurting over it and she rlly means alot to me i just dont know what to do can anyone help?

You can tell her and then probably get the old, "I just don't think of you that way " line. If that happens, you gotta bolt completely on her if you want any chance of having her as a girlfriend. If you stick around and be her "BFF " she will never learn if she really needs you in her life or not. Of course, you also run the risk of losing her completely but no other chick is going to want you because you are hung-up on a chick and act like her personal eunuch; a role not suited for a dog and the most unattractive to other females. In a situation like this.....letting emotions out can cure you. She was someone very close to you now who you want as more than a friend. Take time to set in your mind that she has a boyfriend and be mature and respect that. Since she is your best friend, you should be able to tell her your feelings. Easier written than done right? How many more chapters of your life must go on being sprung on her? Perhaps your feelings will only grow stronger the more you think about it and ignore telling her. Sit her down face to face and talk to her maturely. You understand she has a boyfriend. You arent trying to get her, but rather allow your emotions to flow out. I think that needs to be done. Hiding it only makes it the tougher. I believe that telling won't hurt....maybe it will change how she feels for you...or cause her to think about her relationship with her boyfriend and with you. Anything's possible. Taking that step is just as possible.. just do it. :)
