Tell yourself you don't need him and keep yourself active. Make sure to always be doing something, doesn't matter what, as long as you don't think about him... and with time, trust me, memories of him will start to fade.

Dont ever feel lie your worthless or(shut up mispelling thing.) and trust me theyre always more than ONE specific guy out there. Unless you stand up and say whats on ur mind he will open up to you and you may never know what the future holds for you...

Get a rant journal. Just write down all of your feelings before you go to bed or whenever. It helps to clear your mind by putting all your emotions on paper. Later you can look back and seen how far you've come.

Omg i know that horrible feeling. i know how much it hurts sweetheart. i know you love him and you feel RIGHT NOW you will NEVER get over him, but trust me when I say this, you will. It takes time though hun. Do something to get your mind off him. Go out with friends, have fun. Go to parties. Go shopping! Anything to distract you! You will eventually move on, and meet another guy who will be 10x better! Trust me girl! Also if you want to move on, get rid of anything that reminds you of him such as pictures, his number, facebook, presents from him..etc. Don't contact him because it just hurts more and more if you try and talk to him. Girl i have been through it and i can feel your hell but LOOK time is the best heeling and that have heeled mine. all you can do is erase all his contact and try to live your life! remember when he wasn't there your life WAS great so why can't it be NOW? just believe in yourself and be brave. I know you CAN do this! :) <3

Ive been this way with a guy, it ended up with me giving in to him sexuall and him making me feel like shit when he rejected my existence afterwards. I know how much it hurts, and honestly even after he did that to me i have made up excuses for him to the point where i still like him. Its unhealthy and ruins your chances with better guys
