Question: Will i ever find someone who love me, will i ever be able to share?

I think Im starting to have a big problem, actually I'm 27 old. Never had a girlfriend and had always trouble just making friends. I've been bullied all my life and its still going on. I've been in hospital for mental- psychosis. I just feel ill remain anti- social guy all my life, I don't even speak with my family very often cause I just have nothing to say. My life is completely boring. I think im a very smart guy, always been reliable, good manner and friendly with people, but I'm stuck I can't go any further in relationships.

I think the only problem you have is you're severely shy. You unconsciously might be pushing people away from you. The question is what makes you so scared of people? Too much loneliness can make you go crazy. What a waste!

Hmmm, I dont know if my answer will help but hope it does change the way you think. Firstly,stop bring yourself down. Confidence shows in people. You need to accept yourself and be good to yourself and stop waiting for others to be good to you. How you feel is your choice. But why choose to feel down or sad or depressed. Get outside, take a walk, volunteer to do some charity or help people doing someting you like to do. This will allow yourself to open up and also meet new people and give them a chance to know you. Be around people who are positive, if the people you are around brings you down honestly limit what you take into your mind. If they say hurtfull things let it go throug one ear and come out the next. Why whould you choose to let it sink in you and make you bitter? You're not telling them how to live their lives, you're not telling them hurtful stuff, you're not hurting their feelings but they do these things to you cause thats the energy you put out. Be the person you want to be, do things you like to do, listen music that uplifts you, read books of people who been throught the same things you're going through and see how they got through it. In a nutshell, for things to change it starts with you. It wont happen over night but it begins with you. Be confident in yourself, look yourself in the mirror.. do you like what you see? look at yourself from another persons eyes. If there is a change to be made no one can do it for you. Only you can help yourself but freinds and family who are true will help you through it once they see youre trying. Be happy in yourself and all else will be added to you. Enjoy your life. Its one life to live so dont miss it. Be happy while you wait for the right one to come along. Prepare yourself for what you want. Chances are you need to heal yourself before someone can come into yourlife. Learn from life experiences and become a survivor.
