Question: Songs about moving on from your first love?

I was with him for almost a year but I lived with him. Then we were apart in the summer and it wasnt quite the same. Now we are in different colleges and I tried to stay with him for so long and without any effort on his part, I fell out of love with him. What songs are similar to this situation? I'm scared I'm never going to be able to love someone the way that I once loved him.

So Long- Guster (it has a happy: looking towards the future feel, while still learning from the past history with the person... i love this one when i'm feeling like it's time for me move on...) also, can i just say: you may never love anyone the same way that you loved him. and that's okay, but that doesn't mean that you will never fall in love again. There are so many different kinds of love, but none is more true or more powerful than the next. Everyone you meet in your life is meant to be there, so don't regret the time you spent together, but don't dwell on it either. You will be in a better place in your life if you let life lead you down the path you are meant to follow. <3
