Question: My supervisor is a woman and she really fancies me but i'm worried about mixings business with pleasure?

Well, the fact that you are concerned is a good thing. My advice is to not pursue it. If this relationship fails, it will have personal and business complications. It could have a bad affect on your career or resumé.

Dont do it, if things dont work out for you it would cause all sorts of problems at work. Would you ever take a job where your ex works??? No i doubt it as it would be uncomfortable...so dont make an ex out of a collegue! x

Don't go there. do you actually know that she fancies you or are you just surmising about it and if she has made any positive type of suggestion just tell her you do not believe in mixing business with pleasure. look at what the others have said, which i agree with, but also keep in mind she could just be manipulating you to tell on others or to do extra stuff for her. if you want to have a relationship of some sort then find another job first. too risky in my opinion look outside of work.
