Question: Why do i have even more increased pleasure when i ...?

I satisfy myself daily since about 10 years, on average twice a day, but can go upto 7 or 8 times if i am really horny. of course, i've always loved this. but since 1 week, i feel even more pleasure when doing so, my orgasm when ejucalting is even higher than it was earlier, the physical sensation is even more superb; i even shout when having an orgasm, whenever possible; usually my orgasm was for a few seconds but now it's like 20- 30 seconds or even bit more. why this increased pleasure when masturbating? sometimes my d*** scratches nowadays, so masturbating also itches the scratches, is it bcoz of this?

Yes it is probably because it is scratching your itch, in more ways than one~~By the way you do know that itching is one of the first signs of gonorrhea, dont' you? If you;ve been anywhere that wasn't neccessarily too clean, I;d get it checked out ASAP!!
