Question: Do white women treat black men better than their black counterparts?

Just some thoughts and opinions please, had a conversation with a few black male friends and they stated that they do, these are only a couple men and do not reflect the whole black male population, answers from men who have dated both black and white thanks

First ask a question in the appropriate forum. if you don't know they check my badge for the other forum i have it for! With that said, ive dated both and yes. Not because they are white. Anybody from another race is going to treat you better than your own race WHEN DATING THEM. Think about how much they have to go through society wise, how much their parents are putting presssure on them to succeed. How much pressure it is to succeed. I mean, they are just going to put more efffort forth. And they arent willing to say "i just want to move on " cause everybody will say "i told you not to date a black man or you knew it wouldn't last " Now the problem in society is that many people (especially black women) feel that a man will only date white women after hes dated a few white ones. Not true, i will still date black women. Or any other for that matter. Relationships are hard to begin with but for a white girl dating a black girl, it add some more difficulties to it. Now even your family and friends start to question you and if it will last. And with black women they just feel like "i don't have to do what you say, if it doesnt work it doesnt work " lol all these people are my contacts. And cocoa the reason to why black men like to come back is, i like to be in touch with my race cause in the end they UNDERSTAND ME BETTER. You can date as many white women as you want, if they don't understand you, they don't understand you. Black women tough as you said they are, we have an understanding. Dont screw me over and i got your back. So end the end id sometimes rather date my race. i know they think like me. At least until i meet a white girl who thinks like me. And i might have to go down south for that.

I'm going to say it depends on the woman in question. What is considered being treated good? Most black women I know, respect their men and love them. but of course there are those who are so used to controlling everything around them- they subconsiously transfer that into their love relationships; which of course will not work. A man has to feel dominant. needed. and not emasculated. With that being said- I've seen many white women allow themselves to be used and taken advantage of by black men. Is that what they mean by "she treats me better "...because she is passive and silly? that is not being treated well- that is him taking advantage of her feelings for him. Also, I have seen white women completely DOG a black man out- from claiming kids as his that were not, to keeping his kids away from him, to calling the police on him...once again- it depends on the woman in question. But as a rule, I would say. NO they do not. that is a myth- usually perpetuated by black men who want them and feel a need to make excuses for it. We dont care. And another thing- many black men who have been there and done that- end up wanting to regain love with a black woman. why is that? if he was treated so much better. haha Dance moves- you noticed we had to chime in on this one.

Cocoa hit the nail right on the head... Some black men will say white women treat them better because they're dating passive white women and they will put up with all types of foolishness when most black women won't. We're more vocal in the way we feel and we aren't going to sweep things underneath the rug. Black women will cook, clean, and do all of the things most men would like for their woman to do, but only if you DESERVE to be treated that way. You aren't going to get all of that if you're dogging them and most white women will do it regardless of how you're treating them. I've seen black men treat their white girlfriend like shit and talk to her any kind of way, and that will not fly with me. I am going to say how I feel and I will treat you with respect, but I expect the same thing in return. Yes, I've heard black men say the SAME exact things... But those are black men who will turn around and justify their dating out by slamming black women and saying some mess they heard the last guy say. Excuse my language but, fuck them. If you want to date a white woman, cool. However, if you're going to turn around and disrespect black women as if we're all the same, then I have no respect for you because you aren't smart enough to think for yourself. And do you think it's smart for anyone to make such a broad generalizations? Have they dated every black woman? Have they dated every white woman? I'm going to need them to come off that BS.

I agree with Cocoa 100%. It’s entirely dependent on the woman. My cousin’s married to a white woman who’s put him through hell and back. I mean custody battles, numerous physical altercations, she’s even made false reports to the police before which resulted in him serving some serious jail time. This however is not representative of all bm/ ww relationships. I just thought I’d share that to show you the other side of that coin. Every couple is different so I don’t think it’s fair to say one group of women is better or worse for their man. If a black man has a good woman (white or black), she’ll honor and treat him like the king he is.
