Question: Do women really look at a man's shoes and that's their first impression?

Well it's true that many women look at what the guy is wearing and his dress sense, for the most part they won't make a decision based on that! first thing i notice on a guy is his smile and how he carries himself confidence wise, and then i like to discover his personality :]

No, it's only one of them. Usually women spot 3 key points usually in the first 30 seconds of being approached by the guy. Facial features; smile (clean teeth), smell; whether he smells good; another form of hygiene, and how he's dressed in which we eventually go down to the shoes. They don't have to be Prada but they do need to be clean. How a man speaks, smells, and carry's himself does say alot about the man. If you pay close attention, you will find a woman's eyes going from top to bottom to check you out.

I dont think we only look at shoes to make a first impression. I think we look at a total package. if the guy is clean and dresses nice and is attractive thats a good thing. No one wants to see a guy looking good in his jean and having some busted up falling off his feet shoes. That means you dont take care of yourself the right way. And if your talking about the old wives tale that shoe size is somehow an indicator of ummmm other things.Then stop believing in old wives tales. Cause thats not a reliable indicator

People say that and it is true. but we dont SOLELY judge you on your shoes. it just adds to it. it shoes if you have style and shoes are normally the item that you dnt tend to match with ur outfit. lol

For me it's not shoes. the colors should match and off course he shouldn't be wearing something sporty (if it's dinner)
